Culture of Safety
The safety and well-being of our patients and the quality of the care they receive is every employee’s top priority. It is why we exist as a hospital. It should be the first thing each of us thinks about when we come to work and the last thing we review and think about before we go home. Safety Champions

Safety Champions are employees who have become safety role models. They asist and teach harm prevention to patients, families and staff, and engage co-workers to create a safe environment for patiens and families. These employees have volunteered to serve as safety champions and are making a difference working on committees.
